On the basis of Article 4, Paragraph 2 of the Ordinance on the conditions and order for conducting an evaluation on the environmental impact of investment proposals for construction, activities and technologies, State Gazette, issue 25/2003, herewith we

INFORM

all physical and legal entities concerned that we have an investment proposal for "Using underground waters from an existing water source for the cooling of production machines and equipment during their operation process".

Any party that would like to express their opinion or statement about this, can do so in writing at the Municipality of Ruse, at the Mayor's office of Marten town, or at the office of the Ruse Regional Inspection of Environment and Water at 20, Pridunavski Blvd., 7000 Ruse.
